Instructions
- Cook beef (stove): Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add oil, then beef and minced red onion. Cook 6–8 minutes, breaking up, until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cumin/chili powder. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Make quick avocado topping: Mash avocado with a squeeze of lime/lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir in diced cucumber (and a dash of hot sauce if you want).
- Assemble: Spoon beef into lettuce leaves. Top with avocado-cucumber mix. Serve as handheld cups.
