- Pantry: olive oil 1 tbsp
- Pantry: smoked paprika (or chili powder) 1 tsp
- Pantry: garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Pantry: salt, pepper to taste
- Pantry: lemon 1
- Pantry: plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Prep: Pat shrimp dry. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest/juice.
- Skewer: Thread shrimp onto skewers (or use grill basket).
- Grill: Medium-high heat, 1.5–2 minutes per side until pink and firm.
- Dip: Mix Greek yogurt + dill + pinch of salt + squeeze of lemon. (Add grated ginger if you want a little zip—optional.)
- Serve: Serve skewers warm with dip.
Health notes: Very high protein, low carb; yogurt dip keeps it lighter than mayo-based sauces.
