- Brussels Sprouts 1 lb $3.99/lb
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons pantry
- Salt to taste pantry
- Black pepper to taste pantry
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Halve the Brussels sprouts and slice the cabbage into thick shreds.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts and cabbage with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Season chicken thighs with remaining oil, salt, and pepper and place on the pan.
- Roast 25 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are browned at the edges.
- Serve hot.
