Red Shrimp Sauté with Peppers, Onion, and Tomatoes

A quick red-themed shrimp sauté with tomatoes, red pepper, and red onion. Fast, simple, and colorful.

Ingredients

  • Extra Large Peeled Deveined White Shrimp 26/30 Count 1 lb $13.99
  • Organic Red Bell Pepper 1-2 $3.99
  • Organic Red Onion 1 medium $2.69
  • Sugar Bomb Tomatoes, 12 OZ 1 cup $5.99
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the red onion and red bell pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the red onion and bell pepper and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook 2 more minutes until softened.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
