Red Shrimp Sauté with Peppers, Onion, and Tomatoes

- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the red onion and red bell pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the red onion and bell pepper and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side.
- Add the tomatoes and cook 2 more minutes until softened.
- Season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
