- Kroger® Peeled Garlic 2 cloves, minced $2.99 (6 oz)
- Fresh Organic Lemon - Each 1 lemon (zest + juice) $1.29
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Kosher salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high (about 450°F).
- Toss shrimp and asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Grill asparagus 6–8 minutes total, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender.
- Grill shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just firm.
- Finish everything with lemon juice and serve immediately.
