Pan-Seared Ribeye with Brussels Sprouts & Asparagus

- Olive oil 2 tablespoons pantry
- Salt to taste pantry
- Black pepper to taste pantry
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and asparagus.
- Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Roast 15 to 20 minutes until tender and browned.
- Meanwhile, season ribeye with remaining oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sear in a hot skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side, then rest 5 minutes.
- Serve steaks with the roasted green vegetables.
