Instructions
- Thinly shred 1/2 lb cabbage, dice 1/2 lb tomatoes, and slice 1 bunch green onions.
- Toss with 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve alongside the shakshouka and tostadas for extra crunch and brightness.
