Lemon Garlic Salmon with Asparagus

Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Trim asparagus and place on a sheet pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast asparagus for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and a little lemon zest.
- Add salmon to the pan or a second pan and roast 8 to 10 minutes until just cooked.
- Mix minced garlic with lemon juice and spoon over the salmon before serving.
- Serve salmon with asparagus and extra lemon wedges.
