Ground Pork, Cabbage, and Carrot Stir-Fry

- Rice 1 cup dry
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Slice the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Mince the garlic.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Add the garlic, carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until just tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce and green onions. Cook 1 minute more.
- Serve over rice.
