Grapefruit-Ginger Hot Citrus Tea

- Fresh Organic Lemon - each 1/2 lemon, juiced $1.69

- Honey 1–2 tsp (to taste)
- Water 2 cups
- Pinch of salt tiny pinch (optional)
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups water and sliced ginger to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat. Stir in grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and honey to taste.
- Add a tiny pinch of salt if you want the citrus to taste ‘rounder.’
- Serve warm. (Optional: chill and serve over ice for a grapefruit-ginger refresher.)
