Skillet Kielbasa with Cabbage, Sweet Potatoes & Onions
A quick stove-top skillet with smoked sausage, cabbage, and sweet potatoes. It leans hearty but still uses good late-March produce for Kentucky, especially cabbage and sweet potatoes.
